I was only supposed to pull the bl**dy sealant out….

But the water had got in through the cracked grout and done its stuff, leaving a trail of mould and mildew behind, causing a couple of the tiles to be unglued, so they just fell out when there was no sealant holding them in place. Better let it dry out before putting it all back together. My experience, for what it’s worth and as little as it is, says showers always leak no matter what you do. It’s a built-in feature!! You have been warned.
