Hooray! We have soft water again! The repaired water softener arrived today and I got it installed within two hours. Although only for about a week, the hard water has already impacted us and our home in these last few days, leaving films and spots of chalk all over the place despite our efforts to clean the water off. I think we’ll need a couple of bottles of Viakal (other brands are available!) to get things clean, but hopefully we’ll have another 10 years of soft water to look forward to. 🤞 Thank you Sandys Salt and Softeners 👍
