It’s not everybody’s idea of fun, but today we went to Ikea at Lakeside to buy unnecessary things! It was a long drive, but the weather was good and the traffic was light, not even the slightest holdup at Dartford tunnel. But Ikea was soooo so busy. We bought a few Ikea trinkets, queued for thirty minutes to get some lunch (cheap and cheerful) and then decided to escape before the human dam broke. I got a fold-up phone stand for 50p.

It was an unusual experience!
